POST WAR COUNCIL TO MEET TONIGHT

Fay, Gross, Cross to Talk on Problems of Central Europe

The Harvard Council on Post--War Problems will attempt to clarify people's ideas on just what the post war world should be like in an open meeting tonight at 8 o'clock in the Lowell House Junior Common Room.

Sidney B. Fay, professor of History, Samuel H. Cross, professor of Slavic Languages and Literatures, and Leo Gross, authority on history, will give brief talks which will be followed by a general discussion, covering all the major problems that have arisen before or since the war began.

The main topic will be "Germany and Russia: a Duel for Central Europe," and will include lesser matters such as to what extent should nationalism exist after the war, what does Russia want, should there be self-determination for the people conquered by the Axis, and independence vs. minority rights.
