Chaplains of the Lutheran Synodical Conference of North America who are members of the Nineteenth Class of the Army Chaplain School, attended a dinner at the Faculty Club commemorating Armistice Day, November 11.
The guests of honor were the Reverend Frederick C. Proehl and the Reverend J. F. Pfeiffer. The Reverend Proehl represented the Army and Navy Commission of the Lutheran Church.
Both the Reverend Proehl, who comes from Milwaukee, and the Reverend Pfeiffer, pastor of the Roslindale parish, were chaplains of the American Expeditionary Force in World War I.
