End of Spy Case Near

WASHINGTON--The government may conclude its case tomorrow against the eight German agents who came to this country by submarine to fulfill a mission of sabotage, but ended up before a military commision empowered to send them to death before a firing squad.

Maj. Gen. Frank R. McCoy, commission president, said that the prosecution had "practically completed its case" at the end of the 10th day of the trial on Saturday, indicating that it will be brought to a close early this week.
