LACROSSEMEN TO PLAY HERE

Stickmen Meet Springfield; Freshmen Travel to Exeter

Still trying for its first win of the season, the Crimson lacrosse team will make its fifth attempt tomorrow afternoon when it faces Springfield at 3 o'clock on the Business School Field. The Freshmen travel to play Exeter.

By comparative scores, Harvard will be the underdog again, since Springfield overwhelmed M. I. T. 12 to 4, while the Engineers topped the Crimson by an 8 to 6 count. But Tech was definitely off its game when it lost, having played two other tough games that week.

Tine to Start

Harold Tine, who has been outstanding in practice all week, will probably break into the lineup at point, with Johnny Moot moving up to supplant George Blanchard at first defense. Ed Rothschild just came out for the team, and will probably relieve Carl Sullivan at center for part of the game, although he will not start.

The rest of the lineup remains intact, with Bill Wright as goalie, Tom Bridge coverpoint, George Angle second defense, Captain Wally Fenn second attack, and high scorer Jay Hurley, Dave Park, and Sumner Simmons at the forward posts.
