It's 2d Lt. Frederick Charles Spreyer now. The former Crimson football great, has been commissioned an officer in Uncle Sam's army, and will be retained at Fort Sill to train the new applicants for officerships, along with 16 other men given a Lieutenant's bar at the same time.
