The possibilities are unlimited for the University Theatre in bringing back for the special edification of Harvard's undergraduates the best movies either of the recent or of the more distant but none the less artistic past, a pair of previous triumphs and favorites on review day every Wednesday. Unfortunately, usually every Wednesday the dear old U.T. (God bless its cinematic heart) gives us the tripiest pieces it can remeber. Usually the review pieces are selected as though Little Orphan Annie were judging what is good enough to be shown again and what is not.
But today, (a long cheer for the U.T.) someone really picked a good program. "Destry" and "Night Train" are two of the best, most entertaining flicks that this rather inebriated individual has ever had the pleasure of seeing. As a matter of fact he's only seen one, "Night Train," the show with the slippery wickets. "I guess they're all sold out," but he's heard that Marlene (an old favorite of his, long may she undulate) singing "See What the Boys in the Back Room Will Have" is worth more than the price of two features.
