A one-man revolution flared at the Business School yesterday as "Howdy" Herman Howard personally revolted against the Dean's office and started applying the pressure to eliminate first term exams from the Yale weekend.
Self-appointed head of his still nebulous "underground movement," Howard doesn't think the odds are too great. "One good man's worth a dozen Deans," he says quite off the record, and for publicity purposes only.
Southern Methodist graduate himself, he explained his interest in Ivy League concerns by twirling his Laval-like mustache and drawling: "I just feel sorry for them Harvard. They like their liquor too."
