Robert M. Clawson, of Spokane, Washington, as resident consultant in the Graduate School of Public Administration; M.S. University of Nevada '29.
Leslic C. Tihany, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, as research fellow in Ugro-Finnish; A.M. Harvard '38.
Hugh R. Walpele, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, as assistant to the director of Research for the Commission on English Language Studies; M.A. University of Cambridge '34.
