In addition to his winter duties, he coaches golf in the spring, and was accustomed to send the second Freshman through their paces in the fall. Both of these activities have now been cancelled.

After a successful first year, when Austie Harding captained the Crimson there followed two drab years in which a Harvard team failed to win a single League game. This year's squad was shaping up as a much better aggregation, but how much its development will be retarded by this shift is as yet uncertain.

During the midyear examination period there are no games scheduled for the Crimson which will not take the ice publicly until February.
