In their next to last match of the season, Coach Jack Barnaby's Varsity tennis forces journey to Providence this afternoon to meet Brown.
Harvard's first six men who will play singles will be Jim Jenkins, Captain Sonny Lyell, Orme Wilson, Russ Ellis, Aubrey Gould and Howie Ezell. Homer Peabody, a regular singles player, cannot make the trip because of an exam. Don Daniels, Keith Symon, and Jack Clarke will probably see action in the doubles.
Not much is known about the Bruins except that they have no stars outside of their number one player, John Benn. A strong, aggressive type of player, Benn reached the finals of the New England Intercollegiate Tournament at Amherst last week, losing to Yale's Bob Freedman in a long, close match.
Barnaby's players have suffered defeat twice in the last fortnight, but hope to turn the tables with Brown.
