Under the auspices of the Departments of Government and History, Luis Quintanilla, minister plenipotentiary and counselor of the Mexican embassy, will talk on "Mexico and PanAmericanism" tonight at 7:45 o'clock in the Dunster Junior Common Room. The lecture, open to all members of the University and Radcliffe, is the fourth of a series on "Contemporary Latin America."
