Aid Fund Bill Set to Pass House

WASHINGTON--House passage of the $7,000,000,000 British Aid Fund tomorrow by an overwhelming vote seemed assured tonight after Republican leaders had joined with Democrats in de- fending the Lease-Lend Program as the nemesis of the Axis powers.

Anticipating early approval by both chambers of the huge appropriation, President Roosevelt revealed that part of it will be used to send foodstuffs and agricultural commodities to Great Britain, and possibly Spain and unoccupied France
