GLOVE FINALS ARE TONIGHT

A Harvard version of Cain and Able will take place tonight if the brothers Gardiner, Tudor and Tom, manage, to battle their way to the finals in the heavyweight division of the University boxing tournament. The 18 bouts, scheduled for 7:45 o'clock in the Indoor. Athletic Building, will wind up the tournament which began yesterday with 13 preliminary bouts in six classes.

Other highlights of the contests tomorrow night will be the fight between Don Twombly, Freshman sensation, and John Bullitt, last year's University champion; Charlie D'Antremont from the Law School and Dave Pickman; and Dick Yalman versus Enos Denham. All the 175 pound bouts, featuring Bob Lerner, a Freshman, and Bill Brown of football fame.

Among the 13 bouts yesterday, Don Twombly's victory over Joe Passeneau, the University champion two years ago, and this year's House champion, was one of the most outstanding. Twombly, who is the former Oregon-Washington A.A.U. champion, used a bobbing and weaving style to out-point his opponent.
