Thirty nominees for the Freshman Smoker-Jubilee Committee were selected last night from a field of 55 applicants by Eugene D. Keith '42, Council Representative for Freshman Affairs, and George Putnam '43, Sophomore Adviser for Freshman Affairs, together with the Union Committee.
Before the elections are held on Wednesday further names may be added to the list by petition, and 25 signatures under a name will result in an automatic nomination. Petitions may be handed in over the weekend to Proctor Douglas Mercer in Thayer 9, or to Keith or Putnam.
