To whip up support behind former President Herbert Hoover's plan for supplying the European Democrats with food, the Committee for the Five Small Democracies will held a public meeting in the Lowell House Common Room at 8 o'clock tonight.
Mrs. Betty Jacob, the secretary of the National Student Committee for the Five Small Democrats, will address the meeting.
