"Club" Peabody will add to his mounting list of laurels tonight when he receives the Lowe Memorial Trophy, presented annually by the Boston Gridiron Club to the outstanding football player in New England.
The Lowe award is the latest in the list of citations which the stellar Crimson left guard has garnered. Yesterday he was placed on two more All-American elevens, those of Bill Cunningham in the Herald, and Mr. "Z" in the Record.
With Loren MacKinney, he was chosen on the Eastern squad for the Shriner's charity game in San Francisco and will meet the rest of the squad in Chicago on December 18.
