Over 100 Harvard and Yale singers joined forces last night to entertain an audience that packed Paine Hall with a series of songs representing the best that the two Glee Clubs have to offer.
If one song could be called the standout of the performance it was the Yale Glee Club's performance of a South American song, "O Tremzinho," which delighted the listeners with its interpretation of the noises of a "little train."
If one man could be called the star of the performance, it was Drue King '43, who sang the solo part of a spiritual, "Sit Down, Servant."
Before they closed the concert with a combined rendition of the Alma Mater tunes, both Clubs, added extra bits to the program in the form of their football songs. "With the Crimson in Triumph Flashing," "Hit the Line for Harvard," and "Bulldog."
