Loren MacKiney's touchdown against Brown came on a play that had never been run in a practice scrimmage, according to Coach Dick Harlow, as he explained the movies of the game to a near capacity crowd in the New Lecture Hall last night.
It was a new play, which was designed to fool the Bruin defense, starting out as a regular end run around the left flank.
After going over the incident more than 10 times, Harlow says that he still does not know how Peabody got the ball away from Savage when he made his crucial tackle in the third period. And after the play was repeated several times last night, no one in the audience could help him out on the subjects.
Swingler's run, as shown in the films, was the result of perfect blocking, although Harvard had four chances to though Harvard had four chances to tackle him.
