Radio Network Presents New Afternoon Program

Crimson Network broadcasting activities will be extended to four and one-half hours today when "Swing Out," the College station's newest program, is sent over the air waves at 4:30 o'clock this afternoon.

"Swing Out," which will be on the air for one hour, five afternoons a week, will consist chiefly of popular recordings, but many of the programs will feature entertainers from Boston theatres and night clubs.

Network officials, who expect "Swing Out" to become one of their most popular programs, have already scheduled entertainers from the Hofbrau House to take over part of Wednesday's show. Plans are also under way for a Harvard Hit Parade, which will be heard on Thursday afternoons.
