Ever burgeoning out with novel ideas and nearing the state of a complete vicious bureaucracy, Harvard went one better than its "Can we take care of your baby" bureau last week when it established a "Consumer's Aid" bureau to help "students who feel that they are being charged an exorbitant price for merchandise." The Student Council putting through this drastic idea proclaimed that representatives would be named in all colleges (Sic--Ed.) to receive gripes from aggrieved Cantabs and to make toe the mark any local shylocks accused of the high treason specified. --The Yale News.
