Yardling FDR, WW Supporters Tangle in Election Eve Debate

Election Eve for the Class of 1944 will be highlighted by a debate between four elephants and two donkeys in the Lower Common Room. The Democrats believe that they can put their points across better with only two speakers, while the Republicans believe that in numbers there is strength.

The speakers for the Willkieites will be Herbert Church, Harry N. Platt, George A. Saxton, and Robert S. Sturgis, while the Rooseveltians will have Charles W. Young and Thomas S. Kuhn.

On the following evening followers of both parties may gather round the Union fireside to hear election returns and consume refreshments. Bulletins will be published constantly, and several radios will be provided.
