With the greater-league title almost definitely clinched by one of the Canadian teams, the American members of the International Intercollegiate Ice Hockey League, forming the Quadrangular League, look forward this week to the resumption of their competition when Princeton and Dartmouth meet at Hanover in the second game this season in "Quad" play.

Dartmouth, unbeaten champion for the last two years, already has opened its title defense, having beaten the Crimson in overtime, but for Princeton this will be the first contest of the season.

Competition in the International League last week was restricted to only one game but that was the most important of the season to date involving as it did a battle between the two top teams in the standings Toronto and Queens. Toronto scored by a shutout, 4 to 0, giving it undisputed possession of first place with eight points and placing Queens second with six. In winning all four of its games the Blue has turned in the most impressive offensive and defensive record in the league, 37 goals for and four against. Doronto and Queens will meet in the second game of their home-and-home series this week, this time at Toronto. The contest will be played on Friday.

High Scorers

There was no change in the individual scoring leader, Don Daubar, Toronto's ace center, adding two points to his total both on assists and bringing his production for the season to 19.
