With more red tape out of the way, the approval of the President's nomination of the Professor Felix Frankfurter to the vacant seat on the Supreme Court Bench came closer to reality.
Today, the entire Senate Judiciary Committee passed on the nomination and turned it over to the Senater for confirmation which is expected early this week without any particular opposition.
The Judiciary Committee was unanimous in its decision. At the same time it turned the nomination of Governor Murphy as Attorney General over for approval.
