PET LOVERS OUTWIT YARD COP WHO FORBIDS THEM RABBITS

A large black and white sign bearing the inscription "Chase Animal Farm" adorned the front of Chase Hall over the weekend. Members of the business school dormitory are said to be using this method of fighting the University's removal of several pet rabbits that one of the members had been training.

The sign first appeared on Friday, but the Yard Cops removed it early that morning. Students promptly replaced the odious anti-official label, and insisted that it remain until the rabbits were returned.

There seems to be a divided purpose among the revolutionaries, however. Some of the members of Chase Hall believe that the university plans to quarter animals in vacant rooms.

This school of thought is much in the minority, and the general feeling is that the sign is a gesture of protest against the cruel abolishment of the rabbits.
