The Harvard Guardian, undergraduate social science magazine, is inaugurating a new series of radio programs to be broadcast over Station WEEI every Tuesday evening at 6:45 o'clock.
The first speaker in the new series will be Reginald H. Phelps, Assistant Dean of the College and Secretary of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, who will speak tomorrow night on "The Sudeten Germans in Czechoslovakia." Future speakers are Kendric N. Marshall, instructor in Government and Donald C. McKay, instructor in History.
