Possibility that the State Labor Relations Board will be asked to intervene in the struggle for supremacy of the two unions here grew definitely stronger last night when the A. F. of L. announced that it will seek the "disestablishment of the company union."

At a meeting of 100 maids and janitors in Cypress Hall, Francis P. Fenton, New England representative of William Green, declared, "we'll make Harvard by law refrain from dealing with the Harvard Employees Representative Association."

Organizer Robert H. Everitt launched a vigorous attack on the "inside" union's conference with Business Manager Durant yesterday for better working conditions. Pointing out that the labor delegation was led by City Councilor Jeremiah J. Sullivan, he asserted that "Cambridge and Harvard are burning up with politics."

Meanwhile it was found that the A. F. of L. unit has increased to 250 members. Everitt stated that he would talk to Durant today, and, if necessary, "go to the limit" in pushing his cause.
