Dartmouth's debaters defeated Harvard by a close two to one decision in a debate broadcast over station WAAB yesterday afternoon.
The subject of the debated was: Resolved that the New Deal is more interested in Political Power than in the Welfare of the People. Dartmouth upheld the negative.
Arguine for the Crimson were R. J. Snyder '39, and James D. Malcomson '40 and for Dartmouth, William Green '39 and Alan Rosenthal '40.
