To the Editor of the Crimson:

Though the critical statement in Thursday morning's Music Box column concerning the concert of the Boston Symphony on Thursday is open to more comment than the one that, I have to make, I think it is important that I should make the following statement in order to justify Maestro Koussevitzky's choice of program, if justification is at all needed.

Serge Koussevitsky feels very strongly for the Czechoslovakian people and detests the injustices which they have experiences in recent months. He therefore consider it his duty to do his bit in expressing his and this country's sympathy for that brave little democracy, by favoring her own son Dvorak in his opening program. Ernes M.
