Wallace Reverses Stand, Praises Cooperation of N.E.

Henry A. Wallace, Secretary of Agriculture, who two years ago accused New England of not supporting the Federal government, reversed his stand yesterday by stating that "Now Englanders are twice as cooperative with the Administration as over before."

Secretary Wallace, who arrived yesterday afternoon and stayed until last night, and was here in connection with arrangements for the Littauer School of Public Administration, furthermore did not deny reports that President Roosevelt would seek a third term. When asked whether he was considering the Presidency himself, he said "nobody has said anything to me about it."
