Professor Shiratori Will Give Lecture on Japanese Race

Talk Will Be in Japanese; Jerome D. Greene Will Preside

Professor Kiyoshi Shiratori, of the Peers' College of Tokyo, will give a lecture in Emerson 211 tomorrow evening, at 8 o'clock on "The Origin of the Japanese Race and the 'Utsutsu-Gami' (the Emperor in terms of the religious belief of the Japanese Race)."

The lecture will be given in the Japanese language and will be interpreted by Shigete Tsuru '35, now in the School of Arts and Sciences. The lecture will be of special interest to students of religion and philosophy and to all members of the University who are engaged in the study of the Japanese language and art.

Jerome D. Greene '96, Secretary to the Corporation, and Chairman of the Committee on Arts and Letters of the Japan Society of Boaton, will preside.
