Harry R. De Silva, lecturer on motor vehicle administration and driver control in the Bureau for Street Traffic Research, will deliver a lecture tonight entitled "Measurement of Driving Skill of Motorists." The lecture and demonstration are scheduled to be held in 110 Pierce Hall at 7:30 o'clock, and are open to the public.
