GRISWOLD WILL TESTIFY

Law Professor, Against Court Change, Speaks for Senate Group

Erwin N. Griswold, professor of Law, left Cambridge last night for Wahington where he will appear, today, before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Professor Griswold will testify as an opponent to the President's proposal for reorganization of the judiciary. He is one of a number of prominent opponents to the court change who will appear as witnesses against it. Among others who are to speak before the Committee are Dorothy Thompson, noted columnist, and Henry M. Bates, dean of the Law School of the University of Michigan.
