Despite the attempts of fair-haired Vassarites to conceal the truth, the Lonely Hearts Club, Princeton's much discussed addition to campus organizations, is both active and successful.

According to the Vassar Miscellany News, the Club is a "vicious attempt of a thwarted Yale man to discredit the name of Princeton before the world. We raise our voice to publicly disclaim sympathy with the fictitious Lonely Hearts Club."

During the past weekend, however, at least two dates between lonesome Tigermen and Pough-keepsic girls were arranged directly through the auspices of this organization. It is reliably reported, furthermore, that several more have been arranged for the coming weekend. The club also anticipates a thriving business during the coming holidays.
