Varsity Netmen Oppose Lions At New York Tomorrow

In an attempt to get back into the win column after last weekend's disastrous trip to Princeton, the Varsity tennis team will journey to Columbia tomorrow for a match with the supposedly weak New York netmen. The presence of both Jim Thackers, at number one, and Gordie Robertson at number 5, unable to participate in the Bengal match due to divisional, should boost the team considerably.

As usual, Germaine Glidden will play the number 2 singles position, Carl Helmholz the number 3, Bob Bentley the number 4, and Jim Fuld the number 6.

The undefeated Yardling racketmen travel to Andover tomorrow for their fourth match of the season. Arthur Brown, Stewart Griscom, Jim Arensberg, Don Gordon, George Goodwin, and Frank Appleton will comprise the singles contingent.
