With a preliminary meeting this evening in the Junior Common Room of Eliot House at 7.45 o'clock, the Harvard Rugby Club starts preparations for a Bermuda trip in the Easter vacation.
Last season the Crimson fifteen played three games in Bermuda, scoring a win and a draw against the Islanders while losing to Yale.
Eleven Veterans
This year there are only about eleven of the men who made last year's trip returning, but it is expected that, owing to the popularity of last year's tour, there will be plenty of candidates, both experienced and inexperienced.
As all members of the University are eligible, including Freshmen and graduate students, it is difficult to say what unknown forces may be discovered to bolster the veteran material.
Nucleus of Three
Joe McGinn, president of the Rugby Club and star forward, Bob Knapp, captain and tried forward of three years' experience, and Don Meiklejohn, Philosophy instructor and fullback, will probably form the nucleus of the team.
