Better Relations Committee

At a meeting of the Winthrop House Committee with the tutoring staff following Thursday's House dinner, a permanent committee was chosen from the students and faculty present to formulate plans for the betterment of relations between the staff and members of the House.

The committee consisting of Dana B. Durand '25, instructor in History and Literature, John T. Edsall '23, professor of Biological Chemistry, and John K. Galbraith, instructor in Economics, from the staff, and Chester W. MacArthur '37, Ernest A. Gray, Jr. '37, and Philip T. Shalan '38 from the undergraduates, will meet at lunch today to discuss plans for informal meetings of students with tutors following Thursday evening House dinners. Speakers and probably refreshments will furnish the entertainment.
