Stricken with pneumonia following the Army game last Saturday, Woodrow Wilson, cadet halfback, lay in a serious condition last night in the Massachusetts General Hospital. His father, Lee Wilson, of El Paso, Texas, was en route across the country in a special plane.
A starting back in the Saturday game, Wilson is considered one of the Academy's most promising players, despite the fact that he is only a second year man.
After the game, which was played on a wet field, he complained of a chill, but did not consider it serious. On Sunday his condition became alarming, and he was moved to the hospital.
