With several changes in the lineup as a result of the respective showings during the mid-west trip, the Varsity basketball quintet clashes with a once defeated M. I. T. team at 8 O'clock tonight in the Indoor Athletic Building.

Captain Leavy White has been shifted from his forward position to a guard post, teaming up with Jack Damper. In addition to Dampeer there will be at least two other Sophomores in the starting lineup. George Lowman will continue to fill the center post of Bill Gray, who has been out with a knee injury since before vacation. Bill Shirk, another Sophomore, makes a new forward.

Crimson Should Triumph

M. I. T. plays its third game of the season, having defeated Massachusetts State College 31-30 and having lost to B. U. 27-26. On the basis of score comparisons, the Crimson five should triumph over the Engineers, for in its first game of the season Harvard rented B. U. 39-31.

Not at all disconcerted by the three trouncings received at the hands of Wittenberg, Toledo, and Ohto State during the vacation, Coach Wes Fesler feels that the trip was a complete success in that the team learned a lot of basketball from superior opponents. In a preliminary game at 6.30 o'clock, the two Freshman aggregations will meet in what promises to be a close, exciting tilt.

Tread Ruml has been converted back into a forward in the absence of Dick Grondahl, laid up with a sprained ankle. Horrigan has been moved up to the vacant center position. Aside from these two changes, the lineup remains the same. Dick Rabenold will pair up with Ruml at forward, MacLeod and Lupien holding down the guard posts.

Jayvees Play Teachers

With one victory this season to its credit, the Jayvee quintet will meet the Bridgewater Teacher's College at 4.30 o'clock this afternoon
