The Honorable Clement Norton will speak at Kirkland House Thursday night on "Municipal Politics Today". There will be a dinner for Norton, who is chairman of the Boston City Council, proceeding the address.
On the same evening, Kirkland House students who are taking Government 1 will dine with their instructors.
