PREP SCHOOL SWIMMING STARS MEET TOMORROW

ANDOVER AND EXETER EXPECTED TO FINISH CLOSE IN CLASS A

Swimming stars from nineteen preparatory and high schools will meet tomorrow afternoon and evening in the Indoor Athletic Building Pool in the Second Annual Harvard Interscholastic Swimming Meet.

Competition will be in Class A and Class B. The following schools have been entered from Class A--Andover, Cushing, Exeter, Hebron, Huntington, Moses Brown, St. George's, Tome School, and Worcester Academy. In Class B the entries are--Beverly High, Brookline High, Brockton High, Gardner High, LaSalle Academy, Lynn Classical, Lynn Eastern High, Portland High, Providence Central High, and Winchester High.

Andover and Exeter are expected to make the team fight in Class A. Andover won the Class A trophy a year ago with 31 points and Huntington School was second with 18 points. Exeter did not compete a year ago.

The Class B battle is expected to be close this year. Providence Central High School was the winner a year ago but the school has only entered two men this year, M. Soltysiak and E. Wilde, whereas a year ago Mat Chrostowski and Johnny Higgins also swam for that school.

Trials of the Meet will be held at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and the finals at 8 o'clock in the evening. The winning team in the preparatory school class will hold the Harvard Interscholastic Swimming Championship cup for the next year.
