In its last game before the Yale contest, the Freshman nine trounced Andover 10-2 at Andover yesterday.
The outcome was never in doubt. The Yearlings took the lead in the first inning with two tallies, scored two more in the fourth, and clinched the game in the seventh with three runs. Andover was held scoreless by David Shean and Lee until the seventh. The Academy had little trouble making hits, but Harvard double plays cut their chances of scoring.
Sullivan and Shean led the Crimson attack, Sullivan getting a triple and two singles in four trips to the plate, and Shean's long double and three singles were responsible for three Harvard runs.
The Freshman meet Yale on Saturday at Soldiers Field, and a close game is expected on the basis of the teams' previous records this season.
