Admiral William S. Sims will speak on the situation in the Pacific at the present time, in the Junior Common Room of Eliot House after supper tomorrow night. After his talk he will answer any questions that members of the House may care to ask. Sims was attached to the Asiatic fleet for many years, and he had command of the American naval forces operating in European waters during the World War. As a result of this command, he was awarded an LL.D. degree by both Harvard and Yale.
