Paris, Saturday, March 16--The Chamber of Deputies, whipped into line by threats of a swiftly rising man-power in Germany, early today gave Premier Pierre-Etienne Flandin a smashing victory, approving his proposal to lengthen the term of compulsory military service to two years, from one as at present.
