To the Editor of the CRIMSON:

I am writing to correct the impression which has arisen in regard to the Undergraduates Laundry. Your article of yesterday implied that students are no longer connected with the enterprise. That is not true. All the men connected with the organization continue to derive revenue just as they have in the past; by commissions on the volume of business done week by week. In other words, about $1600 in commissions will be paid to the ten salesmen who are members of the organization. And the same arrangement is secured by contract for next year.

Furthermore, the office in the Lampoon building will not be closed; laundry may be taken there, or bills paid just as during the first part of the year. The reorganization simply means that the control over computing bills, taking in the payments, etc., has gone to the New England Laundries. The majority of the profit still goes to students. Very truly yours,   Dayton Wood Hull '35.
