According to a story in this morning's Herald, Eugene H. George '39, Cedrio E. Francis '39, and Royall Victor '37 will surrender at police headquarters at 10 o'clock this morning for questioning concerning the assault case at Dunster House Saturday evening.

While no action was taken yesterday in the Dunster House assault case, reliable sources predicted the arrest of a well-known undergraduate at ten o'clock this morning.

He will be faced with charges of assault and battery which make him liable to a prison sentence. It also seems likely that the College will take disciplinary action against him.

Foster is still in a critical condition at the Baker Memorial Hospital. The seriousness of the case will depend a good deal on the janitor's recovery.

Two other undergraduates and one graduate will be questioned by the police at the same time this morning but it is understood that they are wanted only as witnesses.

While the Cambridge police have carried on an intensive investigation, they have been hindered so far by their failure to produce evidence concerning the crime. Although several persons are reported to have witnessed the encounter, they have not disclosed their information to the authorities.

Great Interest Aroused

The case has provoked great interest in student circles. While two different reports are current concerning the identity of the individual, there is a fairly unanimous sentiment that the police should make every effort to capture him.

Some perturbation among other janitors is also apparent. Fearing that a wave of anti-janitor feeling has started at Harvard, a representative commented, "If it were a Dartmouth man, you could understand it but a Harvard man--."
