With three leading articles by prominent legal figures, and miscellaneous shorter contributions by students in the Law School, the January issue of he Harvard Law Review will appear with-in the next few days.
In the first group are included "The Development of Restraints in Alienation since Gray," by Richard E. Manning of the New York Bar; "Multiple Taxation by the States--What is Left of it," contributed by Robert Brown, professor of Law at the University of Indiana Law School; and "The Development of Present-day Criminal Procedures in procedures in Europe and America," by Morris Ploscowe, also of the New York Bar.
