Paris, May 16--The French cabinet launched a "five year plan" for public works projects to end unemployment.
The program calls for the appropriation of 10,000,000,000 (B) francs ($660,000,000 ) from the public social insurance fund, to be spread over the next few years, giving employment to at least 400,000 men.
