A battle royal is expected at 2 o'clock this afternoon, when the Princeton and Harvard tennis teams clash on the Divinity Field courts to protect their respective undefeated records. Both of these teams, on the basis of their early season performances, have an ample claim to the title of leading team in the east, and it is very possible that the question of eastern tennis supremacy will be decided before the conclusion of these matches.
A great deal of interest will center around the number one match between S. Ellsworth Davenport III '34 and Hugh Lynch '34 of Princeton.
Playing at 3.30 o'clock, the Freshman tennis team will try to prove to M.I.T. that they have completely recovered from the 6-3 drubbing which Andover dealt them Wednesday. Jimmy Fuld, number one man, will be striving once again to build up a string of triumphs which will compare with the one snapped so unexpectedly by Foreman of Andover last Wednesday.
