Rome, March 16--Hailed as a significant step toward the maintenance of peace in Europe, two agreements were reached here today among Italy, Austria, and Hungary.
The accords covered delicate political and economic questions arising out of the long-disturbed situation in central Europe, it was revealed in a communique tonight. Details were held up pending publication simultaneously in the three countries.
