Buenos Aires, Nov. 5--Primo Carnera, former heavyweight champion, was signed today to meet Victorio Capolo, Argentina heavyweight for a 12-round bout at Independiente Stadium which seats 40,000.
The bout set for November 24, will be Carnera's first since he lost his title to Max Baer.
